Description
Build a practical work and touring setup around your dual-cab ute with this black aluminium tray package. Combining an alloy checker-plate deck, 850mm aluminium headboard, rear-access trundle drawer, under-body toolboxes, aluminium mudguards and LED rear lighting, it provides useful carrying and storage space in a clean, integrated tray design.
Standard Tray Package
- Aluminium checker-plate tray:
The tray uses a durable aluminium construction with a 5mm main frame, balancing strength with lower weight for work, touring and everyday use. - 850mm aluminium headboard:
An 850mm high × 50mm deep aluminium headboard provides a solid front structure for the tray and features an open mesh-style design. - Rear-access trundle drawer:
A long central drawer is integrated beneath the tray and opens from the rear, providing useful enclosed storage for tools, straps, recovery gear and other equipment you want to keep separate from the main tray deck. - Under-body toolboxes:
A pair of double-tapered toolboxes is mounted beneath the tray on either side, providing additional lockable storage without taking up usable tray space. - LED tail lights:
Integrated rear LED lighting gives the tray a clean finish while supporting the rear lighting setup required for installation. - 12V LED licence plate light:
A compact LED light keeps the licence plate clearly illuminated without cluttering the rear of the tray. - Aluminium mudguards:
Alloy flare-style guards are designed to accommodate tyres up to 35 inches, subject to the final vehicle and tray configuration. - Steel mounting hardware:
Steel mounting brackets and fitting hardware are supplied to secure the tray assembly to the vehicle chassis.
Built-In Storage Without Sacrificing Tray Space
The storage layout combines a full-width work area above with dedicated storage underneath. The centrally mounted trundle drawer is suited to longer or flatter items, while the two under-body toolboxes provide convenient side access to frequently used gear.
This arrangement keeps tools and accessories organised without relying entirely on storage placed on the tray deck.

The tray is based on a universal-size design. Depending on the vehicle make, model and year, minor modifications may be required during installation, including trimming or repositioning brackets.
Trundle drawer clearance, under-body toolbox positioning and mudguard placement should be checked against the individual vehicle during installation.
