Professional Ute Tray Installation

Installing a complete ute tray involves more than simply bolting the tray to the chassis. Our technicians check mounting points, tray position, clearances and component alignment before securing the assembly to the vehicle.

Where required for the selected vehicle, minor fitment adjustments may also be carried out to suit the chassis layout and the positioning of components such as under-body toolboxes, mudguards and the rear trundle drawer.

What’s Included

• Tray preparation:
  Pre-installation setup and inspection of the tray, headboard, tailgate and supplied mounting components.
• Chassis mounting:
  Positioning, alignment and secure installation of the tray using the appropriate mounting brackets and fitting hardware.
• Fitment adjustments:
  Minor bracket positioning or other installation adjustments where required for the specific vehicle application.
• Under-tray component setup:
  Positioning and clearance checks for the trundle drawer, under-body toolboxes and mudguards where fitted.
• Rear lighting setup:
  Installation and connection of the tray’s rear LED lights and licence plate lighting as required for the vehicle setup.
• Final fitment check:
  Inspection of tray alignment, mounting points, component clearances and general operation before completion.
