Manual Heavy Duty Aluminium Roller Shutter for Isuzu D-MAX 2012-2020

Manual Retractable Operation

• Smooth manual slide-open and slide-close operation: No electricity required.
• Provides flexible access to the ute tub.

Heavy-Duty Aluminium Construction

• Industrial-grade aluminium slats.
• Matte black scratch-resistant coating.
• Designed to handle daily wear, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions.

Secure Locking System

• Integrated manual lock secures the shutter in the fully closed position.
• Dual-side lock engagement helps prevent forced lifting.
• Reinforced end slats and guide tracks provide added anti-lift protection.
• Key-operated locking for independent security without relying on vehicle power.
• Corrosion-resistant internal locking components.

Weather-Resistant Design

• Automotive-grade rubber seals along the side rails and rear channel.
• Overlapping aluminium slat design helps reduce water penetration.
• Drainage-ready side rails help direct incidental water away from the tub interior.
• Powder-coated aluminium components provide corrosion resistance in wet, coastal, and off-road environments.
• Note: Like all manual roller shutters, this system is water-resistant, not fully watertight under high-pressure washing, severe weather, or submerged conditions.
